Look, I’ll be straight with you – finding great people in this industry isn’t easy. But you know what? Building a team where people genuinely want to show up every day has been one of my biggest priorities since I took over in 2018.
Here’s the thing about working in automotive: most shops treat technicians like they’re replaceable parts. Show up, turn wrenches, go home. But that’s not how I see it. Every single person on our team is skilled, valuable, and deserves to be treated that way.
This isn’t your typical auto repair job. We’ve created something different here in Stratford, PE. I know what it’s like to work somewhere that doesn’t value you, and I promised myself when I became the owner that we’d do better.

Our Shop
Environment
You’ll be working with four Red Seal certified technicians who know their stuff and are always willing to share knowledge. We work on everything from Toyota and Honda (our bread and butter) to BMW, Volkswagen, and Mercedes, vehicles that many shops around here won’t touch.
We use premium BG products and have John Bean alignment equipment because quality work requires quality tools. Plus, our digital vehicle inspection system makes it easy to show customers exactly what’s going on with their vehicles.
